In their new single ‘The Kid Who Came From Outer Space’, electronic music duo Violet Orchestra adopt the point of view of an extraterrestrial being visiting earth for the first time. The six-minute suite takes listeners on quite a trip, gloriously juxtaposing the infinite beauty of the world and mankind, with the darkness of the human heart and humanity’s worst atrocities, such as the dystopian consequences of climate change.
